Requirements
Must:
- At least 7+ years of experience in back-end development using TypeScript & NodeJS/Python/Ruby/Rails or other languages
- Extensive experience with AWS in a production environment, preferably for high volume/high availability services
- Experience working on frontend applications is a plus, preferably with React
- Value code simplicity, quality, performance, and maintainability
- Ability to design pragmatic & simple architectures to solve problems at scale
- Effective and proactive communication skills, capable of collaborating with different profiles and roles
Responsibilities
- Create, design, develop, test, and monitor code in production autonomously and reliably
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to offer pragmatic solutions to real-world problems and implement them end to end
- Work with the team to design high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions and be accountable for their execution
- Obtain a good understanding of the business to provide relevant solutions to users and clients
- Mentor and promote tech growth within the teams
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies and architectures, demonstrating good judgment in their applications
