- Contribute to the implementation of indicators at the National Railway Network (RFN) level and ensure follow-up for IDF - Monitor the safety performance indicator of our panels based on production volumes on the RFN in the domains of: o Security Services B1/B2 o Construction o Electrical catenary protection - Ensure financial follow-up of all framework agreements and outsourcing volumes through ERP systems o Analytical balance and general ledger (Unreceived invoices, expenses payable, etc.) o Billed amounts o Ordered amounts o Committed amounts - Standardize reporting models through the establishment of an indicators catalog - Monitor safety facts of companies and external controls conducted on security service providers for a comprehensive performance view - Analyze activities in detail to optimize workload: follow-up on workload plans for Infrapôles and ITIF - Contribute to DG IDF Success Workshops (Indicators / General Organization / Satisfaction Survey) - Assist in presenting security service needs to the Panel - Develop a Power BI showcase for DG IDF externalization - Help develop Power BI for the performance of our outsourced study panel with indicators from external control
