Requirements
Must:
- Experience in managing indicators for outsourcing services
- Strong skills in performance monitoring and analysis
- Proficiency in financial tracking and reporting using ERP systems, specifically PeopleSoft and RALF
- Ability to standardize and implement indicator catalogues
- Familiarity with security performance metrics in various fields such as Safety Services and Construction
- Experience with data analysis and optimization techniques
- Knowledge of Power BI for developing dashboards
- Strong communication skills to present findings and collaborate effectively
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the establishment of indicators at the National Railway Network level and ensure monitoring for IDF
- Track the safety performance indicators based on production volumes on the RFN
- Ensure financial tracking of all framework agreements and outsourcing volumes through ERP systems
- Standardize indicator models by creating a catalogue of indicators
- Monitor security facts from companies and external checks to assess performance
- Analyze activities for optimization and follow charging plans of Infrapôles and ITIF
- Participate in DG IDF Success Workshops (Indicators / General Organization / Satisfaction Surveys)
- Contribute to the presentation of Security Service needs to the Panel
- Develop a Power BI dashboard for outsourcing at DG IDF
- Assist in developing Power BI to monitor the performance of our outsourced study panel with indicators from external control
Description
We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team in contributing to the development of outsourcing services within the DG IDF.
