Requirements
Must:
- Experience in managing a team within capacity and STI division
- Ability to manage delegated budgets
- Proficient in adapting resources to meet needs
- Skills in building and managing performance indicators
- Strong communication skills to liaise with DSI urban planners
- Experience in gathering and reformulating business needs
- Ability to define business needs into IT solutions
- Proficient in writing solution framing documents for development teams
- Familiarity with Agile ceremonies (e.g., planning poker, iteration planning, demonstrations)
- Experience validating functional and technical designs
- Ability to support development teams functionally
- Skills in presenting frames to qualification teams and reviewing test strategies
- Experience participating in change acceptance and production deployments
- Knowledge of production anomaly support
- Awareness of STI standards and their evolution
- Participation in Task Execution Groups (TEGs)
Responsibilities
- Pilot the PPO team of the Capacity and STI division
- Manage the delegated budget
- Adapt resources according to needs
- Maintain liaison with DSI urban planners
- Construct and pilot performance indicators
- Respond to evolving needs from businesses or partner applications within the divisions scope
- Assist and support business units
- Capture and reformulate business requirements
- Frame developments to translate business needs into IT solutions
- Draft solution framing documents for development teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies marking the production cycle of a version
- Validate functional and technical designs in connection with the architect
- Provide functional support to the development team
- Present the framing to qualification teams and review proposed test strategies
- Participate in the acceptance testing of changes
- Engage in production deployments
- Provide functional support in tracking production anomalies
- Stay informed about STI standard evolution
- Participate in Task Execution Groups (TEGs)
Description
We are seeking a Product Proxy Owner for our Capacity and STI division. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, urban planners, architects, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and various project participants, including service centers for development, qualification teams, and partners. The position may require occasional travel to Paris, Lyon, or Lille. We offer a dynamic work environment that emphasizes collaboration and innovation.
