Requirements
Must:
- Expérience en gestion de produits ou en tant que Product Owner
- Connaissance des outils de gestion de projet et méthodes agiles
- Compétences en communication et en animation de groupe
- Capacité à analyser les besoins des utilisateurs et prioriser les fonctionnalités
- Compréhension des KPIs et capacité à suivre la performance des produits
Responsibilities
- Mettre en place et suivre les fonctionnalités des demandes / réclamations des clients
- Piloter la roadmap des fonctionnalités et animer le backlog dévolutions
- Animer des ateliers de travail pour élaborer des stratégies de prise en charge des demandes
- Assurer la cohérence des demandes sur les outils de dépôt
- Suivre les anomalies et assurer leur résolution
- Superviser la performance du produit via le suivi des KPIs
- Participer aux comités de suivi des versions avec la DSI
