Requirements
Must:
- Expérience en gestion de produit et en méthodologie agile
- Connaissance des outils de service client et dautomatisation
- Compétences en animation dateliers et en collaboration interfonctionnelle
- Capacité à prioriser les besoins et à gérer un backlog
- Compétences en analyse de données et suivi de KPIs
- Bonne communication avec les équipes techniques et métiers
Responsibilities
- Mettre en place et suivre les fonctionnalités des demandes/réclamations clients
- Piloter la roadmap des fonctionnalités et prioriser le backlog
- Animer les ateliers de travail avec les différents métiers et les équipes techniques
- Assurer la cohérence des demandes sur les outils de dépôt
- Suivre les anomalies et leurs résolutions, informer les métiers concernés
- Superviser la performance du produit par le suivi des KPIs
- Participer aux comités de suivi des versions avec la DSI
