Requirements
Must:
- Expérience en tant que Product Owner ou rôle équivalent
- Connaissance des outils digitaux et de gestion de projet (ex: chatbot, outils de suivi)
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement agile
- Compétences en animation dateliers et de réunions
- Aptitude à la priorisation des besoins et gestion du backlog
- Compréhension des KPIs et mesure de performance
Responsibilities
- Mettre en place et suivre les fonctionnalités liées aux demandes/réclamations des clients
- Piloter la roadmap des fonctionnalités en recueillant et formalisant les besoins
- Animer des ateliers de travail pour élaborer des stratégies de prise en charge des demandes
- Assurer la cohérence et la prise en compte des demandes sur les outils de dépôt
- Réaliser le suivi des anomalies et leurs résolutions
- Superviser la performance du produit via le suivi des KPIs
- Participer activement aux comités de suivi des versions avec la DSI
