Requirements
Must:
- Formation Bac +2 à Bac +3 en informatique (BTS SIO, DUT, Licence pro)
- Première expérience en supervision ou exploitation IT appréciée
- Connaissances en systèmes Windows / Linux
- Connaissances en réseaux (TCP/IP)
- Connaissances en outils de supervision (Centreon, Nagios, Zabbix ou équivalent)
- Capacité danalyse et réactivité face aux incidents
- Bon esprit déquipe et sens du service
Responsibilities
- Assurer la supervision des infrastructures IT (serveurs, réseaux, applications)
- Surveiller les outils de monitoring et analyser les alertes
- Diagnostiquer et traiter les incidents de niveau 1/2
- Escalader les incidents complexes vers les équipes concernées
- Participer au maintien en conditions opérationnelles des systèmes
- Documenter les incidents et procédures dans loutil de ticketing
- Contribuer à lamélioration continue des outils de supervision

Nous renforçons notre équipe dexploitation avec un Technicien de Supervision IT pour assurer la surveillance et le bon fonctionnement de notre système dinformation. Vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique en charge de la supervision, du diagnostic et de la résolution des incidents techniques sur lensemble de linfrastructure.
