Requirements
Must:
- Diplôme en développement dapplication de gestion
- Connaissance de langages de développement (notamment VisualBasic et/ou C#)
- Connaissance générale des flux de gestion dentreprise (comptabilité, achats, ventes)
- Bon niveau danglais (B2 ou Ă©quivalent)
- Esprit danalyse et capacité à identifier des problèmes
- Raisonnement déductif et mathématique
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et autonomie
Responsibilities
- Accompagner nos clients dans lutilisation de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Traiter les appels des clients Ă distance
- Qualifier et résoudre les demandes des clients
- Analyser les développements spécifiques et le code standard de la solution Microsoft
- Renseigner loutil de suivi interne pour assurer la traçabilité des demandes
