Requirements

Must:
- You have a Bac +2/3 in Physical Measurements, Electrotechnics, or a related field. - You have at least 3 years of experience in supervising and/or analyzing the performance of solar parks. - You are meticulous and enjoy teamwork, being comfortable with computer tools. - Your sense of service, responsiveness, and initiative are key strengths that will contribute to your success in this position. - You are fluent in English (B2/C1 level).

Responsibilities

- You will supervise, monitor, and address alarms within the Solar Monitoring Center (SMC), including: - Equipment fault alarms (inverters, connection cabinets, etc.) - Underperformance alarms - Safety alarms (intrusion, fire, etc.) - Instrumentation fault alarms (irradiation sensors, etc.) - You will ensure the sending (manually or automatically, using the Solar Digital Operator - SDO) of service notifications (AS) to operators, which involves: - Checking the proper functioning of the SDO process that automates the sending of AS directly to operators for equipment faults. - Analyzing underperformance alarms and prioritizing AS based on the associated costs. - Ensuring safety by using data from site access management tools (Smart Access, OCC tools, etc.) to verify the absence of concurrent work on the photovoltaic (PV) park and ensure the safety of personnel. - Verifying data quality (analyzing curves through supervision views) and alerting the Production Data Control Center (PDCC) as necessary. - You will contribute to the continuous improvement of the Solar Digital Operator (SDO) by: - Proposing and helping implement procedures, alarm sheets (knowledge management), methods, tool developments or automations, and KPIs. - Assisting in writing incident reports (Root Cause Analysis - RCA) and ensuring follow-up on associated action plans. - You will report on the reliability of plants (faults and underperformance) and the effectiveness of supervision (changes in restart rates). - You will receive and integrate new PV sites into the SMC.
