Requirements

Must:
- Diplômé dune formation technique, BAC PRO, DUT ou BTS dans les domaines de la maintenance informatique, lélectronique ou le réseau. - Justifier dune première expérience réussie dans un poste similaire.

Responsibilities

- Prendre connaissance du planning de ses interventions défini par sa hiérarchie (installation, dépannage…) - Analyser et préparer les interventions confiées - Intervenir quotidiennement sur les sites clients du périmètre de son secteur, occasionnellement sur lensemble du territoire couvert par lentreprise - Réaliser les interventions, à partir des instructions de travail - Assurer la commande et/ou le renvoi du matériel dans les délais définis - Remonter les incidents dexploitation à la hiérarchie
