Responsibilities
- Mener une analyse approfondie des besoins métiers et assurer leur traduction technique dans des documents de spécification formels
- Identifier les domaines doptimisation opérationnelle et proposer des solutions techniques en conformité avec la stratégie IT globale
- Agir en tant que représentant principal des besoins métiers et servir de liaison entre les équipes de gestion de produit et les ressources techniques
- Soutenir le processus de facturation et mettre en œuvre des processus de suivi pour la gestion des réceptions de marchandises
- Surveiller les tendances externes et numériques pour challenger les exigences internes et générer un impact significatif sur la performance de léquipe métier
