Requirements
Must:
- At least 5 years of experience leading transnational and cross-domain initiatives
- Proven track record in Project Management and IT Architecture
- Experience aligning IT products with global business strategies
- Strong command of Agile methodologies (ideally SAFe)
- Comprehensive knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Knowledge of IS Security and Cloud environments (AWS or Google Cloud) is highly valued
- Customer-oriented leader with the ability to engage stakeholders and navigate complex professional networks, particularly within Procurement organizations
- Advanced English level required to operate effectively in an international and multi-site environment
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the full lifecycle of the Sourcing and General Procurement application portfolio
- Oversee every phase from initial design and industrialization to daily operations and eventual decommissioning
- Ensure technical consistency across diverse technologies
- Lead and orchestrate Multi-Functional Teams to drive product development and operational excellence
- Manage subcontractor relationships and foster collaboration to meet established SLAs and business requirements
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and the Business Product Owner
- Translate the strategic vision into a prioritized backlog
- Responsible for the Go-to-Market strategy ensuring solutions deliver maximum value while balancing Time, Quality, and Cost
- Drive continuous release management for seamless flow of updates and innovations
- Maintain high service availability and define sustainable chargeback models for financial and operational health of the services
- Integrate an End-User Advocate approach to tailor solutions to real-world usage
- Leverage the Procurement Analytic scope to identify new opportunities and create services that solve complex business challenges
