Requirements
Must:
- Formation généraliste ou orientée amélioration continue
- Plus de 5 ans dexpérience dans la mise en œuvre de projets damélioration continue/Lean ou management opérationnel
- Maîtrise des outils Lean au sein dune grande structure industrielle
- Connaissance des méthodologies damélioration continue (5S, VSM, Kaizen, etc.)
- Capacité déchange en anglais (niveau B1 minimum)
Responsibilities
- Proposer des stratégies et feuilles de route damélioration continue
- Déployer et adapter les étapes de transformation Lean pour améliorer la performance et la satisfaction des clients
- Accompagner, sensibiliser et former les équipes aux concepts Lean
- Animer des chantiers Kaizen et autres initiatives damélioration
