Requirements
Must:
- Formation généraliste ou orientée amélioration continue
- Plus de 5 ans dexpérience dans la mise en œuvre de projets damélioration continue ou Lean
- Expérience en management opérationnel
- Maîtrise des outils Lean dans une grande structure industrielle
- Connaissances des méthodologies damélioration continue et de résolution de problème (5S, Kaizen, etc.)
- Capacité déchanger en anglais (niveau B1 minimum)
Responsibilities
- Proposer des stratégies et feuilles de route damélioration continue
- Déployer et adapter les étapes de transformation Lean pour améliorer la performance du site
- Sensibiliser et former les équipes opérationnelles aux concepts Lean
- Animer des chantiers Kaizen complexes pour générer performance et efficience
