Requirements
Must:
- Formation généraliste ou orientée amélioration continue
- Expérience de plus de 5 ans dans la mise en œuvre de projets d’amélioration continue/Lean ou management opérationnel
- Maîtrise des outils Lean au sein d’une grande structure industrielle
- Connaissance des méthodologies d’amélioration continue (5S, Animation de Performance, VSM, Hoshin Kanri, Flux tiré, Kaizen, équilibrage de Ligne, Travail standard, etc.)
- Capacité déchange en langue anglaise (niveau B1 minimum exigé)
Responsibilities
- Proposer des stratégies et feuilles de route damélioration continue pour votre secteur
- Déployer et adapter les étapes de transformation Lean pour améliorer la performance du site et la satisfaction des clients
- Accompagner, sensibiliser et former les équipes opérationnelles aux concepts Lean
- Animer des chantiers Kaizen complexes et dautres chantiers damélioration pour générer performance et efficience
