Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree in Information Technology or Business Management
- At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce technologies (Sales, Service, Analytics, Marketing Cloud)
- Strong expertise in CRM business processes and stakeholder management
- Proven ability in budget management, planning, and risk-based project rigor
Responsibilities
- Lead the Multi-Functional Team to manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects
- Manage end-to-end delivery, ensuring solutions meet operational SLAs and business needs
- Drive continuous release management and industrialization of new features
- Translate project vision into a prioritized backlog with the Business Product Owner
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy including deployment and communication
