Requirements
Must:
- Engineer in Avionics, Electronics, or Systems Engineering
- Experience: 5-10 years or more
- Languages: Fluent in French and English

- Operational & functional analysis (MOFL)
Responsibilities
- Contribute to Systems developments by fostering SE/MBSE, coaching, and mentoring the team
- Support certification/qualification audits
- Promote the adoption of state-of-the-art SE/MBSE methodologies in the Systems Directorate, particularly on legacy and emerging programs
- Monitor the deployment of MBSE activities, ensuring alignment with product architecture performances from requirements to design and V&V processes
- Define and maintain a harmonized MBSE & Architecture framework in collaboration with other Airbus Helicopters entities
- Prepare modelling environments for Systems development projects
- Conduct model consistency reviews/audits
- Manage configuration for Systems models

As part of our Avionics Systems Architecture Department, youll be part of a multifunctional, transnational team focused on Systems Engineering (SE) and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) deployment. You will be responsible for maturing and deploying a common SE/MBSE understanding and frameworks to effectively and efficiently architect and develop our products. This includes capturing customers needs, specifying and defining architecture from early stages to detailed definitions, and assessing architecture according to operability, safety, security, and performance standards. Furthermore, youll play a key role in digitization by applying semantic web techniques and promoting the use of AI in Advanced MBSE and MBE.
