Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Access Management.
- Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, protocols, and best practices (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory frameworks related to IAM, such as ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-63, or GDPR.
- Strong knowledge of authentication mechanisms, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and secure token exchange.
- Knowledge in PingFederate, PingID, and F5 platforms, including implementation, configuration, and administration.
- Understanding of cryptographic processes (key management, seeding, and PKI).
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
- Proficiency in French and English at a negotiation level.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and deploy solutions, products, and services with end-to-end accountability.
- Manage the products lifecycle, ensuring operations meet SLAs in close relationships with Airbus.
- Act as Product Manager for F5 and Password Manager, and serve as IT Operator for PingID, PingFederate, and PKI.
- Perform integration/support with application owners for IAM Access activities, such as SSO configuration.
- Troubleshoot and provide backup for current Access Products Managers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and define IAM strategies, authentication mechanisms, and access control policies.
- Configure and administer the F5 platform, integrating with various systems and user directories.
- Monitor system logs and alerts to respond to potential security incidents.
- Provide guidance to internal teams on F5 tools and ensure adherence to security policies.
- Conduct routine maintenance, including patches and software upgrades.
- Participate in business continuity activities and ensure security standards are upheld.
