Requirements
Must:
- Academic background (or equivalent) in Information Technology
- Solid professional experience in the field
- Rigorous and autonomous
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong collaborative mindset
- Leadership
- Advanced level in French and English
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Ctrl M will be appreciated
- Knowledge of Version One and SAP is a plus
- Experience in application management
- Knowledge of Aircraft Technical Data/Documentation on Maintenance, Engineering will be well appreciated
Responsibilities
- Act as IT Operations specialist (Run mode) on applications
- Track incidents, follow-up and escalation, including follow-up meetings and escalation to management
- Ensure that incidents process is correctly applied in the PSL and implement process improvements
- Conduct regular meetings with L2 and L3 support teams
- Provide KPIs and analysis
- Report to management major risks or issues
