Requirements
Must:
- Academic Background in Aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within an aerospace production environment (Customer Line / FAL)
- Mandatory proficiency in blueprint reading and professional software (SAP, AirnavX, Airina, 3DJump, IBM)
- Analytical mindset, reactivity to production contingencies, customer focus, and proactivity
- Technical English (reading and writing aeronautical documentation)
Responsibilities
- Guide production teams in interpreting manufacturing files and Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM)
- Act as the single point of contact for processing modifications (RVP, S03) and routing updates within the workshop
- Technically analyze disputes (TLB, QLB, NC) and manage concessions to ensure compliance
- Ensure the availability of critical tooling and drive corrective actions via digital tools
- Secure key aircraft transfer milestones (Delivery, TAC) and lead continuous improvement initiatives (PPS)
