Requirements
Must:
- Currently pursuing a Bac +5 level degree (or equivalent) in technical engineering or a related discipline
- Strong programming skills (Python, ML/AI frameworks)
- Some knowledge in project management
- Ability to interact with stakeholders across the organization
- Rigor, respect for guidelines, and adherence to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Ideally, some knowledge of aeronautics
- Language skills: Intermediate English, Fluent French
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development on Artificial Intelligence integration
- Study the integration of new technologies to improve technical maintenance documentation production processes
- Design prototypes and AI models for specific Tech Data applications (e.g., automation, semantic validation, content generation)
- Implement evaluation methodologies to measure potential gains in costs, quality, and production timelines
- Familiarize oneself with the Tech Data environment and develop an understanding of helicopter maintenance manual creation
- Understand production team needs and issues (volumes, timelines, production types) to identify relevant AI use cases
- Analyze the technical feasibility of integrating AI solutions based on existing resources and support systems
- Contribute to the management of the AI innovation project, including risk and opportunity management in a continuous improvement approach
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI for natural language processing and structured technical data
Description
At Airbus Protect, we offer a dynamic internship opportunity within our team in Vitrolles, focusing on the integration of AI to enhance maintenance manual production processes. This 6-month internship, ideally starting in February, will allow you to work alongside experts in risk analysis and cybersecurity, while supporting our partner Airbus Helicopters.
