Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
- Foundational understanding of IAM concepts (e.g., provisioning, authentication, RBAC, PAM)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the cybersecurity and IAM space
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of IAM assessments, capability maturity reviews, and process improvements
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and document business and technical IAM requirements
- Analyze current IAM processes and assist in identifying gaps and improvement areas
- Collaborate with technology teams to support onboarding or enhancement of IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Azure AD, CyberArk)
- Assist in preparing presentation materials, dashboards, and reports for project stakeholders
- Support IAM testing, documentation, and user training activities
- Assist in documenting IAM as a Service capabilities and service catalogue entries
- Support the creation of internal service offering files, how-to guides, and service onboarding kits
- Help collect project materials and artefacts and compile based on the structured repository for knowledge retention
- Contribute to updating SharePoint pages, Confluence spaces, or internal portals promoting IAM services
