Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in data projects, ideally in consulting or complex environments
- Proven experience in project management, team leadership, and interaction with business and technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of modern data architectures, particularly expertise in Snowflake (modeling, optimization, best practices)
- Excellent SQL skills in high-volume contexts
- Significant experience with ELT/ETL tools (dbt, Airflow, or equivalents)
- Strong data visualization skills, ideally in Power BI (modeling, dashboard creation, best practices)
- Ability to work on both data engineering topics and data value realization
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify technical topics
- Assertive consulting posture with varied stakeholders
- Leadership and ability to engage teams
- Autonomy, rigor, and result-oriented mindset
- A dual skill set in data platform (Snowflake) and data visualization (Power BI)
- Ability to bridge technical challenges and business needs
- Pragmatic approach focused on impact and value
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic support as a trusted partner to Data, IT, and business leaders
- Help define relevant data trajectories and guide architectural and organizational choices
- Facilitate scoping workshops, steering committees, and presentations for diverse stakeholders, including executives
- Manage the entire lifecycle of data projects from initial phases to production
- Structure and secure projects (planning, budget, risks)
- Ensure deliverable quality
- Implement appropriate governance
- Coordinate between technical teams and business units
- Lead and manage consultants in their development and ensure effective mission organization
- Oversee workload distribution
- Support team skill enhancement
- Participate in recruitment and structure data activities
- Actively contribute to business growth through pre-sales activities
- Respond to calls for proposals
- Develop technical proposals
- Identify opportunities within client accounts
