Requirements
Must:
- Diplômé Bac +2/3 (DUT/BTS/Licence)
- Au moins 3 ans dexpérience en tant que technicien support informatique
- Compétences en traitement dincidents et de demandes utilisateurs
- Rigueur et autonomie
- Capacité découte et dadaptation aux besoins des utilisateurs
- Intérêt pour le potentiel et la motivation
Responsibilities
- Traiter les incidents et les demandes utilisateurs
- Superviser et traiter les alertes sur les sites distants (LAN, WAN, serveurs)
- Configurer et installer des postes de travail et du matériel dinfrastructure
- Intervenir sur sites : locaux techniques, matériels, câblage, etc.
- Participer aux projets informatiques : organisation des déploiements, planning, coordination et communication
