Requirements
Must:
- Expérience dau moins 3 ans dans le support logiciel chez un éditeur de logiciel
- Appétence pour linformatique et la facturation
- Aisance dans lutilisation doutils numériques
- Connaissance du secteur du Service Ă la Personne ou de laide Ă domicile (atout)
- Esprit collaboratif et capacité à travailler efficacement avec différents interlocuteurs
- Pédagogie, aisance relationnelle et sens de lécoute
- Excellente capacité danalyse et de formalisation, rigueur
- Sens du service, autonomie et capacité à sadapter rapidement

Pour accompagner lévolution et le renforcement de notre équipe Assistance Clients, nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) Support capable daccompagner, conseiller et guider nos clients dans lutilisation de notre solution métier dédiée aux structures du service à la personne, incluant le planning, la gestion et la facturation. Ce poste est basé dans notre agence de Dinan ou Plérin, avec une possibilité de télétravail partiel après validation de la période dessai.
