Requirements
Must:
- Expérience confirmée en support IT (niveau 1/2)
- Expérience appréciée en environnement international exigeant :
- cabinet davocats
- banque dinvestissement / private equity
- cabinet de conseil
- Anglais courant impératif (environnement de travail quotidien en anglais)
- Excellent sens du service et de la relation utilisateur
- Capacité à travailler en autonomie (management à distance)
- Organisation, rigueur et gestion des priorités
- Environnement Microsoft (Windows, Office 365)
- Active Directory
- Outils ITSM
- iManage ou Ă©quivalent (un plus)
- CRM type Interaction
- Solutions de dictée (BigHand ou équivalent)
- Support hardware, réseau et VPN
- Gestion de flotte mobile iOS (iPhone / MDM type Intune)
Responsibilities
- Support IT niveau 1 et 2 (proximité & distance)
- Gestion et résolution des incidents (outil ITSM)
- Suivi et gestion des tickets utilisateurs
- Administration des comptes (arrivées / départs / modifications)
- Gestion et maintenance du parc informatique
- Support des postes de travail et laptops
- Accompagnement des utilisateurs en télétravail (VPN, accès distants)
- Gestion de la flotte mobile iPhone (configuration, déploiement, support)
- Participation aux projets IT internationaux
- Support audiovisuel et visioconférence
- Interlocuteur IT principal pour le bureau parisien

Nous sommes une entreprise dynamique, à la recherche dun(e) IT Support Analyst pour rejoindre notre équipe à Paris 16e. Vous serez un acteur clé dans un bureau à taille humaine denviron 70 utilisateurs, faisant partie dune équipe IT internationale basée à Londres. En rejoignant notre équipe, vous bénéficierez dun environnement de travail collaboratif où la communication en anglais est essentielle.
