Requirements
Must:
- Technicien confirmé avec 3 à 5 ans dexpérience
- Bonne connaissance des technologies Microsoft et du matériel informatique
- Compétences en hardware / software / laptops / visioconférence / smartphones / Microsoft Windows - Office 365 - iOS / Service Now / cloud
- Maitrise de langlais technique
- Rigoureux, polyvalent, organisé, autonome, dynamique et réactif
- Excellent relationnel et sens du service
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Tenue vestimentaire correcte exigée
Responsibilities
- Assistance et support aux utilisateurs sur lenvironnement informatique Eight Advisory
- Diagnostic, résolution, suivi et gestion des incidents
- Traitement des demandes via le portail « Eight Now »
- Accueil des utilisateurs, support niveau 1 et 2, assistance de proximité
- Suivi des collaborateurs entrants et sortants, préparation du « package » darrivée
- « Checkout » de sortie pour le collaborateur sortant (vérification du matériel, sauvegarde de données, désactivation et suppression des profils)
- Installation, configuration, maintenance et dépannage du parc informatique et logiciels
- Exploitation, maintenance et administration niveau 1 et 2 des plateformes informatiques
- Suivi SAV du matériel (ordinateurs portables, téléphones mobiles, copieurs, imprimantes, matériel audiovisuel)
- Relation avec fournisseurs & partenaires pour gestion des SAV
- Participation à des projets informatiques et contribution aux déploiements et migrations
