Requirements
Must:
- Finalizing a Master’s Degree (in Engineering and/or project management)
- Knowledge in project & performance management is a plus
- Knowledge in aeronautical engineering is a plus
- Knowledge in database management, IT support, and network, algorithms & coding is a real advantage
- Experience or knowledge in numerical tools such as Power BI, Excel (VBA), & Sharepoint
- Good skills in the usage of MS Office package
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Good sense of organization and coordination skills
- Autonomous & curious
- Good communication skills
- Good problem-solving methods and tools
- Good flexibility & creativity
- Proficiency in English & French (Italian is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Support the team in the management & enhancement of its performances (technical subject follow-up)
- Conduct data analysis of the knowledge database of all existing technical subjects on the fleet
- Improve/rework the IT tools used by the team: Sharepoint, SPOT, Power BI
- Understand the process to follow and resolve technical subjects
- Analyze & draw an overview of the team’s performances
- Propose improvements on the current working processes and IT tools to automate some processes and increase global performance
- Coordinate contributions from the Engineering, Quality, Program, and Procurement directorates to ensure an efficient deployment of technical support actions towards ATR operators
Description
