Requirements
Must:
- Finalizing a Master’s Degree (in Engineering and/or project management)
- Knowledge in project & performance management is a plus
- Knowledge in aeronautical engineering is a plus
- Knowledge in database management, IT support and network, algorithms & coding is a real advantage
- Experience or knowledge in numerical tools such as Power BI, Excel (VBA) & Sharepoint
- Good skills in the usage of MS Office package
- English & French are required (Italian is a plus)
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Good sense of organization and coordination skills
- Autonomous & curious
- Good communication skills
- Good problem solving method and tools
- Good flexibility & creativity
Responsibilities
- Support the team in managing and enhancing performance (technical subject follow-up)
- Conduct data analysis for all existing technical subjects on the fleet
- Improve/rework the IT tools used, such as Sharepoint, SPOT, and Power BI
- Understand the processes to follow and resolve technical subjects
- Analyze and draw an overview of the team’s performances
- Propose improvements on current working processes and IT tools to automate processes and increase global performance
- Coordinate contributions from Engineering, Quality, Program, and Procurement to ensure efficient deployment of technical support actions
