Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Two or more prior roles in similar contexts
- Strong obsession with client satisfaction
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to synthesize information
- Technical aptitude and high curiosity
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Study customer financing requests and exemptions
- Work closely with business teams, Product Manager, Scrum Master, UX designer, and Developers in an Agile environment
- Identify fundamental user needs through interviews
- Conceptualize and select solutions to meet user needs
- Collaborate with UX designer and Product Manager to design user journeys
- Validate solutions through user testing
- Break down needs into User Stories
- Enrich User Stories with acceptance criteria
- Present User Stories to developers for feedback and estimation
- Identify test scenarios to automate with testers
- Participate in manual testing if needed
- Support business teams during tests
- Communicate progress and collect user feedback
- Ensure user satisfaction and adapt services accordingly
