Requirements
Must:
- Diplôme dune grande école dingénieur ou équivalent quantitatif
- Expérience significative en Applied AI dans un environnement exigeant
- Expérience démontrée de mise en production de systèmes IA
- Excellente maîtrise des systèmes ML / AI modernes (LLM, modèles prédictifs, agents…)
- Solide compréhension des enjeux de production (scalabilité, fiabilité, monitoring)
- Capacité à intervenir sur toute la chaîne : design, intégration, évaluation, déploiement
- Forte capacité dexécution dans des environnements cross-fonctionnels
- Très bon product sense : focus sur limpact réel plutôt que la complexité inutile
- Excellente communication avec des interlocuteurs techniques et non techniques
- Anglais courant
Responsibilities
- Faire évoluer les use cases IA existants vers des systèmes performants, fiables et largement adoptés
- Identifier et lancer de nouveaux projets IA Ă fort impact business
- Concevoir et structurer la stack AI (standards, outils, bonnes pratiques)
- Déployer des systèmes dagents et des couches dautomatisation avancées
- Collaborer Ă©troitement avec les Ă©quipes Tech, Produit, Ops et Business
- Assurer la mise en production, le suivi des performances et lamélioration continue
- Définir et piloter des KPIs orientés impact opérationnel et business
