Requirements
Must:
Nous recherchons un(e) étudiant(e) en informatique ou en école d'ingénieur (Bac2 à Bac5), ayant un intérêt pour l'automatisation, le développement logiciel et la gestion de données. Les compétences requises incluent :
- Langages : VBA (lecture de l'existant), C# (développement de la nouvelle solution)
- Connaissance d'un outil de ticketing (iTop, Redmine, Jira)
- Maîtrise d'Excel
- Capacité à rédiger de la documentation technique claire et structurée
- Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d'analyse
Responsibilities
Dans le cadre de l'amélioration de notre suivi des indicateurs de maintenance applicative (TMA), nous proposons un stage visant à automatiser l'extraction des KPI depuis notre outil de ticketing iTop. En tant que stagiaire, vous participerez à :
- Analyse du processus actuel d'extraction des KPI via fichiers plats et Excel / VBA
- Conception et développement d'un outil d'extraction automatisée via l'API d'iTop
- Implémentation du traitement des données en C# pour générer des tableaux de bord ou fichiers exploitables
- Documentation technique du nouvel outil
- Tests et validation de la solution avec les utilisateurs internes
