- Lead and grow our engineering team (currently 20+ engineers, developers, and DevOps).
- Define and own Centric Shoppingfeeds technical roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact projects.
- Oversee architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, and technical project management.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align technical execution with business needs.
- Drive platform scalability, security, and performance improvements.
- Introduce processes and systems that improve team efficiency, velocity, and delivery quality.
