Requirements
Must:
- Formation : Bac +2 en informatique minimum
- Expérience : 0 à 2 ans
- Première expérience en support IT ou forte motivation pour évoluer dans ce domaine
- Sens du service, bon relationnel et envie dapprendre
Responsibilities
- Accompagner et dépanner nos collaborateurs sur leur poste de travail, leur messagerie et leurs outils métier
- Installer et configurer PC, imprimantes, téléphones et accessoires
- RĂ©diger des guides simples et clairs pour faciliter la vie de tout le monde
- Gérer les incidents de niveau 1 et 2 avec réactivité
- Escalader les sujets plus complexes quand nécessaire
- Se déplacer occasionnellement sur nos sites distants
- Assurer linventaire et la préparation du parc informatique (nouveaux arrivants, maintenance du matériel)
- Participer aux projets IT (migrations, améliorations doutils)
- Participer aux paramétrages et à ladministration de base de Microsoft 365
