Requirements
Must:
- Bac +2 en informatique ou équivalent
- Bonnes connaissances des environnements informatiques utilisés en entreprise (Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Serveur de fichiers, Bureau à distance RDP, VPN, sécurité informatique - ANSSI)
- Bonnes notions en réseau informatique : DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Adressage IP
- Sens de lécoute et aisance relationnelle
- Motivé(e) et bonne présentation
- Intérêt pour les innovations technologiques et veille technologique active
- Volonté dacquérir régulièrement de nouvelles compétences
Responsibilities
- Assurer la prise en charge et la résolution des tickets de support (hotline) en respectant les procédures internes
- Renseigner les tâches effectuées dans notre CRM
- Apporter des solutions concrètes et des conseils adaptés à notre clientèle
- Accompagner le client en adaptant le discours à chaque interlocuteur
- Effectuer des installations informatiques chez nos clients professionnels
