Responsibilities
- Assurer le pilotage des indicateurs de performance autour des fondamentaux du run (incidents, problèmes, gestion des réclamations, etc)
- Remonter des axes damélioration à léquipe run
- Participer aux opérations de remédiations pour rendre un service plus efficient et plus rapide
