Requirements
Must:
- Support technique de niveau 1 et 2 sur les environnements clients (Windows, Office 365, Intune, etc.)
- Gestion des incidents et des demandes dassistance
- Réalisation de projets ponctuels (migrations, déploiements)
- Renforcement des équipes support clients
- Participation aux activités du centre de services
Responsibilities
- Assurer la continuité de service de nos clients
- Intervenir sur des projets variés dans un environnement technologique en constante évolution
- Être en contact direct avec les clients pour contribuer à leur satisfaction
- Collaborer au sein dune équipe soudée en bénéficiant du soutien de ses collègues

Nous recherchons notre futur(e) technicien(ne) support de proximité pour intégrer nos équipes lyonnaises. Dès les années 70, DCS accompagne ses clients dans le domaine informatique. Son activité commence en Haute-Savoie, mais elle se déploie aujourdhui partout en France et à linternational. DCS grandit dans lère du numérique depuis 50 ans, et lhumain est placé au coeur des interactions avec les clients, les collaborateurs et les partenaires. Nous sommes fiers de nous adapter aux nouveaux besoins de nos clients grâce à nos talents proactifs et investis au sein même de notre structure.
