Requirements
Must:
- Expérience en support technique de niveau 1 et 2
- Connaissance des systèmes dexploitation Windows et des logiciels courants
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion des accès (Active Directory, Office 365, VPN)
- Compétences en diagnostics et résolution dincidents
- Capacité à documenter les procédures et à contribuer à lamélioration continue
Responsibilities
- Réceptionner et traiter les demandes utilisateurs (téléphone, mail, ticketing)
- Identifier, diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents de niveau 1 et 2
- Installer et configurer postes de travail, logiciels et périphériques
- Assurer la gestion des accès (Active Directory, Office 365, VPN…)
- Documenter les procédures et contribuer à lamélioration continue du support

Nous sommes à la recherche dun(e) technicien(ne) support helpdesk qui sera le premier point de contact des utilisateurs, afin de garantir une expérience utilisateur fluide et professionnelle. Depuis les années 70, DCS accompagne ses clients dans le domaine informatique en sadaptant aux nouveaux besoins.
