Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Qualifier les demandes dévolution et de correction
- Qualifier les incidents fonctionnels et techniques
- Effectuer les actions correctives et préventives
- Assurer lescalade des incidents aux niveaux supérieurs
- Monter en compétences sur des activités de TMA (demande dévolutions, animation de réunions avec les clients, etc.)
