Requirements
Must:
- À laise avec un ERP (expérience appréciée, même en tant quutilisateur avancé)
- Curieux et volontaire pour monter en compétences
- Organisé et rigoureux
- Capable de gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle
- À laise avec les utilisateurs
- Adaptable (les priorités peuvent évoluer)
*Connaissances appréciées :*
- Paramétrage ERP
- Requêtes / logique base de données
- Airtable
- Notions de JavaScript (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Support fonctionnel auprès des utilisateurs
- Analyse et résolution dincidents
- Gestion et suivi des tickets
- Paramétrage simple à intermédiaire (droits, workflows, requêtes, petites automatisations)
- Tests des évolutions avant mise en production
- Rédaction de procédures et documentation
- Échanges avec le support éditeur si nécessaire
- Assistance poste de travail
- Support M365
- Gestion des accès et droits utilisateurs
- Participation aux projets ERP et outils métiers
- Contribution au paramétrage avancé
- Amélioration doutils internes (Airtable notamment)
- Proposition doptimisations
- Gestion en autonomie de petits projets
