Requirements
Must:
- Bac+5 avec 6 ans dexpérience en ML engineering, dont expérience en gestion déquipes.
- Expertise Cloud Data (AWS, Azure, GCP), big data (Spark, Kafka) et MLOps (Kubeflow, MLflow), DATA Science, Time Series, NLP, Computer Vision
- Solide compréhension des architectures modernes (lakehouse, event-driven, CI/CD).
- Manager junior ou Tech Lead
- Leadership technique, excellente communication et aisance avec des interlocuteurs C-level.
- Anglais courant (C1).
Responsibilities
- DĂ©finir et piloter des architectures ML/AI Ă grande Ă©chelle pour nos clients.
- Encadrer des équipes IA & DATA Sciences et assurer leur montée en compétences.
- Garantir la robustesse, la performance et la gouvernance des solutions livrées.
- Contribuer au développement commercial (avant-vente, propositions, soutenances).
- Structurer les méthodologies de lactivité et promouvoir les bonnes pratiques IA responsable.
- Interagir avec les directions IT, data et métiers pour assurer lalignement stratégique du groupe.
- Travailler au sein déquipes pilotant des missions DATA Science, Time Series, NLP, Computer Vision.
