Requirements
Must:
- Advanced expertise in process analysis and optimization methodologies
- Demonstrated expertise in ITIL v4 and in supporting transitions to updated standards
- Confirmed expertise in global IT operations environments
- Expertise in interpreting and leveraging data to drive measurable process enhancements
- ITIL v4 certification
- ServiceNow experience
- Expertise in large-scale transformation initiatives
- Expertise in structured problem resolution
- Expertise in stakeholder interaction, workshop facilitation, and cross-entity coordination
Responsibilities
- Review existing processes and associated roadmaps
- Provide expert input into future roadmaps and define approaches to evolve towards ITIL v4
- Advise on opportunities to improve alignment between service delivery practices and toolsets
- Contribute to the alignment of stakeholders responsible for processes with the ITIL practice model
- Provide fact-based recommendations for process improvements leveraging available data
- Design updated roadmaps and define process objectives
- Facilitate process mapping and process re-engineering initiatives to better align with Agile approaches
Description
We are focused on enhancing ITSM processes standardized to ITIL 3 while exploring how ITIL v4 can support the evolution of the agile lifecycle. This role is pivotal in assessing new ambitions and facilitating improved interfaces between delivery and service. We value expertise in the transformation from ITIL V3 to ITIL V4 and offer an engaging team environment dedicated to continuous improvement.
