Requirements
Must:

- Une communication claire avec les utilisateurs et léquipe support
- Le permis B pour assurer les déplacements nécessaires
Responsibilities
- Interventions sur sites Clients
- Résolution des incidents techniques sur site
- Gestion des tickets via loutil ITSM
- Traitement des demandes et incidents : postes de travail, réseau, contrôle de salle visio
- Gestion du stock et mise à jour du parc

Dans le cadre dune hausse dactivité liée à plusieurs projets, nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) Support de Proximité pour renforcer nos équipes. Ce rôle vous permettra de travailler directement avec nos clients, offrant un soutien technique crucial et garantissant leur satisfaction. Nous offrons un environnement dynamique où vous pourrez développer vos compétences au sein dune équipe expérimentée.
