Requirements
Must:
- Bac +5 (école dingénieur ou équivalent)
- 5 à 10 ans dexpérience en gestion de projets SI dans des environnements complexes
- Expérience en pilotage dintégrateur ou de prestataires externes
- Bonne culture technique (architecture, développement, intégration)
- Maîtrise des méthodologies projet (cycle en V, agile ou hybride)
- Excellentes capacités de communication, coordination et rédaction
- Autonomie, adaptabilité et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement à taille humaine
Technologies
Responsibilities
- Piloter la refonte et la conception du système dinformation
- Cadrer, concevoir et structurer les projets SI de bout en bout, depuis lexpression de besoin jusquĂ la mise en production
- Participer aux choix darchitecture et challenger les solutions proposées dans le cadre de la migration (legacy technologies modernes)
- Garantir la cohérence globale du SI dans un contexte de transformation progressive
- Encadrer et coordonner les travaux de lintégrateur externe sur lensemble du cycle projet
- Challenger les choix techniques et assurer la qualité des livrables (délais, coûts, performance)
- Anticiper les risques, piloter les phases de recette et accompagner les mises en production
- Assurer linterface entre les équipes métiers, IT et partenaires externes
- Contribuer à la conception et à lévolution des outils applicatifs dans une logique end-to-end
- Garantir la continuité et la performance du SI existant tout en accompagnant sa transformation
