Requirements
Must:
- Formation Bac +2 / Bac +3 en informatique de gestion ou équivalent
- Expérience réussie en tant que Consultant·e et/ou Formateur·rice chez un éditeur de logiciels ou un intégrateur
- À laise dans la relation client, vous êtes pédagogue, organisé·e et doté·e dun bon esprit de synthèse
- Une appétence pour la technique, notamment le langage SQL, est un réel plus
Responsibilities
- Intervenir à chaque étape des projets : audit, paramétrage, formation
- Travailler en autonomie tout en collaborant étroitement avec les autres consultants et le responsable de déploiement
- Former les utilisateurs et les accompagner dans la conduite du changement
- Être linterlocuteur·rice privilégié·e des clients tout au long du projet
- Participer à lamélioration continue de nos méthodes et de nos pratiques
