Requirements
Must:
- De formation Bac ou plus en informatique ou autres domaines
- Justifiez idéalement dune première expérience en assistance hotline/helpdesk
- Connaissances des environnements Windows
- Maîtrise des logiciels de bureautique
- Aisance au téléphone et avec les outils informatiques
- Bonne communication orale
Responsibilities
- Répondre et prendre en charge des sollicitations téléphoniques et mails des utilisateurs
- RĂ©soudre des anomalies et incidents informatiques sur Windows et la bureautique
- Utiliser la base de connaissances et les procédures à disposition pour résoudre les incidents

Nous sommes Expectra, leader en France de lintérim spécialisé et du recrutement en CDI de cadres et agents de maîtrise. Nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) dAssistance Informatique - Service Desk pour notre client basé à Angers. Cette mission dintérim débute le 15/04/2026 pour une durée d1 mois, avec une rémunération de 1850 € brut/mois, des tickets-restaurant de 9.50 €/jour, et une participation à labonnement de transport en commun. Les horaires sont du lundi au vendredi, de 8H30 à 18H30.
