Requirements
Must:
- 5 ans minimum en développement backend Python
- Maîtrise de Python / Django
- Pratique réelle du DDD : bounded contexts, entités, agrégats, value objects
- Maîtrise de larchitecture hexagonale : inversion des dépendances, ports & adapters, découplage domaine / infra
- Culture du test orientée domaine (tests unitaires découplés du framework)
- Expérience de refactoring progressif sur base de code existante
- Exigence technique, sens du métier, goût pour la transmission
Responsibilities
- Prenez un rôle actif dans la refonte architecturale : découpage en bounded contexts, restructuration des couches, extraction de la logique métier hors des modèles Django
- Concevez et développez des fonctionnalités backend en Python/Django, avec une approche domain-first
- Êtes force de proposition sur les patterns architecturaux, les choix de modélisation et les standards dimplémentation
- Contribuez à la montée en compétences de léquipe sur le DDD et larchitecture propre (code reviews, pair programming, documentation)
- Garantissez la qualité et la testabilité du code : tests unitaires sur le domaine pur, tests dintégration sur les adapters, couverture cohérente
- Participez à lintégration de solutions IA dans les workflows de développement
- Collaborez Ă©troitement avec le PO, lOps et les Customer Success dans un cycle agile (sprints de 2 semaines)

Nous sommes en phase stratégique de refonte applicative, cherchant à réduire notre dette technique et à adopter une architecture moderne. Nos conditions de travail incluent une rémunération entre 50 et 60K€, 2 jours de télétravail par semaine, des avantages tels que des tickets restaurant, une prise en charge du Navigo, et une mutuelle avantageuse, le tout situé à Paris 2, dans un cadre agréable.
