Responsibilities
- Support technique Systèmes & Réseaux
- Assistance téléphonique auprès des clients
- Priorisation et résolution des incidents critiques
- Traitement et suivi des appels entrants
- Support SAV (atelier + constructeurs)
- Supervision et suivi des alertes via la plateforme interne
- Résolution des incidents à distance (serveurs, postes, équipements)
- Préparation et configuration du matériel
