Requirements

Must:
- Bac +2/3 en informatique - Minimum 3 ans dexpérience dans le support logiciel - Maîtrise de MySQL - Connaissance des requêtes SQL - Compétences en connexion VPN - Une première base en Linux est fortement appréciée - Excellent relationnel - Aisance rédactionnelle

Responsibilities

- Occuper une fonction centrale entre les clients, les commerciaux, et la R&D - Organiser les réunions dimplémentation logicielle chez les clients (création des accès dans le serveur et brief client jusquau PV de réception) - Assurer le support logiciel N1 et N2 et répondre aux tickets des clients (redémarrage de flux, de services, correction de bugs...) - Se connecter aux VPN clients pour toute intervention logicielle à distance - Escalader les problèmes N3 au service R&D - Mettre à jour la documentation technique

Nous sommes un éditeur de logiciels dédié aux hôpitaux avec une équipe dune centaine de collaborateurs (commerce, fonctions support, R&D, hébergement cloud). En tant quExpert Support Applicatif, vous intégrerez notre équipe support composée de 10 personnes. Nous offrons une rémunération de 32 à 39 K€ bruts/an (fixe selon expérience), une carte ticket restaurant, 2 jours de télétravail par semaine, un statut cadre à 39 heures par semaine, et 12 jours de RTT par an.
